And you know what that means…

It means, on behalf of comics fans everywhere, move over, Wolverine, it’s Kitty Pryde appreciation time. Our lady may have got the short end of the stick in Days of Future Past, but there’s still fun stuff out there for us Kitty fans to cling to.

I dug up five of my favourites after the jump.

1. This Kotobukiya Kitty Pryde Bishoujo Statue

Kotobukiya Marvel Comics X-Men Kitty Pryde Bishoujo Statue

Okay, I’ll admit it. The Kotobukiya Bishoujo line is essentially a vehicle for fan service. The craftsmanship is beautiful, but where Bishoujo sculpts are concerned, there  is no chest too busty, no butt too perfectly round. Kitty doesn’t escape totally unscathed (seriously,

, but, unlike some of her sisters-in-arms in the Marvel franchise, she manages to look hella cute omg instead of kind of creepy.I want one. This time, with bonus Lockheed!

2. This Kitty Pryde Costume Tee from Mighty Fine

Geekora.com - Mighty Fine - Women's Kitty Pryde Costume T-Shirt

I love clothes inspired by character designs and while, yeah, this one’s a little more on the nose than your average arc reactor or Cap’s shield  t-shirt, I’d still wear it to the grocery store. And, well, everywhere else. Hopefully I wouldn’t feel compelled to run headfirst into anything.I make no guarantees.

If you want a look for yourself,

Bowen - Kitty Pryde and Lockheed Mini Bust

3. This Kitty Pryde & Lockheed Mini Bust from Bowen

Okay, I know I have expensive tastes, but I love Bowen’s sculptures. I’ll admit, my assorted Nick Fury statuettes have engendered me with a certain brand loyalty, but of all of the busts of Kitty Pryde I’ve seen this one’s my favourite.Even if she’s apparently phasing through what looks like a garbage can. The glamorous lives of the X-Men.

4. This Kitty Pryde Inspired Women’s Apron

Creative Sparksies - Kitty Pryde Apron on Etsy

This is adorable. This handmade apron — courtesy of CreativeSparksies at Etsy — is made from symphony broadcloth (65% polyester 35% cotton) and felt.  They are each custom-made, so there’s a chance of some slight variation between them, but I think I’d be too stoked to notice.

Note to self: Pair this with the t-shirt mentioned above and see if the universe implodes.

5. This 8-Bit Itty Bitty Shadowcat

GothamCityCrafts - Shadowcat 8-Bit Sprite

This 3-inch Kitty Pride sprite — courtesy of GothamCityCrafts on Etsy — comes packaged with  a cute  retro vibe and a lingering sense of nostalgia. If you’d like her as a fridge magnet, be sure to ask during checkout, otherwise she will arrive as-is in her itty bitty pixelated glory.
